Prepare your water pipes for winter!

Resident are responsible for keeping the water and sewer connections from freezing from ground level up by the use of a UL Listed operating heat tape over the entire length of the water line.  

All water lines from the community supply to the home must be heat taped and insulated from November 1st to April 15th.  The resident shall be responsible for any repairs or maintenance required as a result of the residents failure to comply with this provision.
